What if my check engine light comes on?

Typically, there are two types of check engine lights that will appear. One is a solid light that continually stays on. If your vehicle has a solid check engine light, you should get an appointment scheduled as soon as possible. You can, however, continue driving your vehicle. If your check engine light is flashing please stop driving immediately. The flashing light means something needs attention right away and continuing to drive can further damage your vehicle. Get in touch with us today if you need a foreign car mechanic in Montclair, NJ.

When should I rotate my tires?

We suggest you have your tires rotated every 7,500 miles. Rotating your tires allows for a more even wear pattern. As a foreign car mechanic in Montclair, NJ, we have you covered and can provide this service for you.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Again, I brought in my old Acura, they provided an honest fix, no up-selling or overselling.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Repaired the air conditioner in my 2008 Audi A4. Very professional and honest. Even were able to give me a loaner car. So happy I found them. They will be my new mechanic. Highly recommend them.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Kirk, Christopher, and their team are consummate professionals. From scheduling to completion, I was kept informed about my car’s status, the cost estimates, and the expected timeline. They didn’t rush the work and made sure everything was functioning correctly. Kirk even followed up three days after I got the car back to check how it was running — a sign they truly care about customers. If you need service for a foreign car, look no further than Foreign Aid. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful experience with Foreign Aid, thanks to Christopher. Christopher was kind, patient, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all my questions were answered.
It’s rare to meet someone who truly cares about helping others the way he does. His professionalism and compassion made a stressful situation much easier and more positive. I’m very grateful for his support and highly recommend Foreign Aid—especially if you have the chance to work with Christopher!
